Other health benefits of coffee include its anti-diabetic properties as it can reduce the risk of diabetes by half. Coffee is known to be an excellent analgesic and pain killer and can provide relief against headaches instantly. People who drink coffee have a lesser chance of dying by heart disease. Coffee is also a very good laxative and can prevent constipation.
Also the tannins in coffee can help prevent dental caries apart from reducing plaque formation.
